Sweet and Simple Holiday Gift Projects You Can Make TODAY!

Looking for a few ideas for your holiday gift-giving projects that you can make yourself?  But you don't have lots of extra time or money?  Here is a fun little pincushion that you can make with items your either already have on hand, or that you can pick up very inexpensively at your local thrift shop.

One of these sweet little teacup pincushions would make the perfect gift for your mom, grandma, sister, cousin, friend .... for any one of the special women in your life!  Even if this special girlfriend isn't much of a seamstress, these pincushions are a delightful addition to any desktop or dresser, to hold earrings, pins, necklaces, rings or any other other little "stuff" that gets tossed up there. 

All of these beautiful pincushions are created from lovely teacups and saucers that were discovered on my thrift shop adventures, and then with a little bit of fabric and ribbon, a few beads and buttons, a hot glue gun, and some extra-long straight pins, these lonely little teacups have been resurrected into gorgeous gifts for the holidays!
